Gluten Free Pescetarian
After watching Forks over Knives, I considered giving the whole-food plant-based diet a try. But, I love my fish. In comes Pescetarianism (Healthy Bee version: whole-food plant-based diet plus fish).
For a healthy and delicious gluten-free pescetarian-friendly lunch: add sardines in olive oil with chipotle, sauerkraut and a slice of yam over a bed of lettuce.
