Stir-fry Beef with Collard Greens Recipe

Collard Greens are my favorite winter greens. They are nutritious and are a great source of Vitamins K, A and C. Enjoy collard greens with some stir-fry ground beef.

Stir-fry Beef with Collard Greens Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb grass fed ground beef
  • 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp five-spice powder
  • 4 cups collard greens, chopped

Steps:

  1. Heat sesame oil in pan over medium high heat.
  2. Add ground beef, garlic, soy sauce and five spice powder.
  3. After beef is browned, add collard greens and stir fry until leaves turn dark green.
  4. Serve immediately.
