Stir-fry Beef with Collard Greens Recipe

Collard Greens are my favorite winter greens. They are nutritious and are a great source of Vitamins K, A and C. Enjoy collard greens with some stir-fry ground beef.
Stir-fry Beef with Collard Greens Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb grass fed ground beef
- 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp five-spice powder
- 4 cups collard greens, chopped
Steps:
- Heat sesame oil in pan over medium high heat.
- Add ground beef, garlic, soy sauce and five spice powder.
- After beef is browned, add collard greens and stir fry until leaves turn dark green.
- Serve immediately.
