A Good Cup of Herbal Tea
Trader Joe’s Well Rested Herbal Tea is one of my favorite warm drink in the evening. It is flavorful and has a good blend of chamomile, lemongrass, spearmint, peppermint leaves and other herbs. Best of all, it is caffeine- free. When I feel like a strong flavorful cup of tea, I steep the tea for 5 minutes or longer.
